Still, people have been shopping less [than they did before], for sure. Many of our customers are self-employed, and in this tough time, their businesses are being badly affected. So some of them don’t want to spend money on new clothes. But a lot of our customers still want to support young designers and support Labelhood as a platform, and we were able to survive February because of the Show Jumping is calling and i must go shirt it is in the first place but efforts made by my team to increase online sales and host the livestreams. We could have lost more than 50% of revenue, but now we’ve actually saved a lot. Hopefully, customers can see how hard we worked to connect everyone and provide some hope, which I think is just as important.
Show Jumping is calling and i must go shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt
Since the Show Jumping is calling and i must go shirt it is in the first place but quarantine has lifted in Shanghai, we have reopened our shop, but the economy is still not good. Street traffic is still very low, and a lot of shops and restaurants on our street have closed permanently. We’re still doing the livestreams at Labelhood every day because we acquired customers outside the city—some of them are in Tibet, or they’re in the far north or south of China, far away from Shanghai, and we want to keep our relationships with them. They became loyal customers during the quarantine. In China, other multi-brands need to be rethinking their online strategy this way—this was a big moment to push everyone to [embrace] digital.
